She has coached and trained celebrities for speaking engagements and others who have appeared on national television.  In addition, she has assisted organizations in facilitating millions of dollars in innovated cost savings. 

 Sandra is a dynamic coach working through challenges of people and priorities that lead to higher levels of peak performance.  Her specialty is coaching and training difficult people. 

Her passion is to teach the art of coaching for performance improvement in 15 minutes or less.

At her past corporate career with True Value Corporation, American Greetings Corporation and American Eagle Outfitter, she has held leadership positions managing people, multi-million dollar projects including remote teams.
