A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring concept used to help members solve problems and generate new ideas with input and advice from the other group members. 

These small groups are for professionals  to brainstorm,  gain accountability, solve problems, innovate and gain support in a safe and confidential environment.  Some are formed within a company for a  specific team to realign, solve issues, innovate or project manage.  The group is confidentially  led by a well-seasoned leader.
